Linda Pacel

Linda is 1992 Alumni of The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, since graduation she has been active artist, both professionally and personally. Linda’s professional background includes Shoe Designs for Fisher Price, Furniture Design for Homelife Furniture, Interior Design and Merchandising. Personally, throughout her life she has continued to build on her art background by challenging herself to experiment with her work. She has worked in a wide range of mediums including: Photography, Oil Painting, Gauche-Watercolors, Acrylic Painting and Block Printing with Linoleum blocks. Her most passionate aspect is working with color manipulating them to work both harmoniously and in contrast to one another, also to change the perspective from normal to the abstract.

Linda has participated in Barewalls, AIR Art Auction benefits, and has been awarded multiple contracts with the Art Institute Gift Shop for a Holiday Card Design featured in the Museum Catalog. She is also a founder and owner of LJP Creative Concepts, a company that specializes in original work of Art, Custom designs and Interior Design Work.

She is a stay at home mom of two small children and continues to take her life experiences, both professionally and personally, to help her artwork flourish and develop.
